A while back one of my business partners wanted to get a new computer for his daughter who is a budding video editor, movie director.

Convinced him to get a Mac.

He was waiting for me to come over and set it up.

I told him just plug it in and turn it on.

He calls me in a panic, he went to add a printer and found that it was already installed and that it had found the other printers and computers on his home network.

I asked him why that was a bad thing. He paused and replied, it's not, I was just not expecting it.

He eventually bought one for himself. He needed to do some quick edits on some footage and called me for help, I can't find this feature/function. I told him to look at the menus, think logically about what he wanted to do and then go to where HE would put the feature. He found it first try.

That was the AHAH moment for him.
