From what I know.....
The engine is in the possesion of a Dr. in Stone Mountain, GA.
The gearbox/trans is in possession of a noted Mercedes/Porsche restorer in New England (I've seen it and touched it!!
). The gearbox was in a tube frame and presented as a display piece at a Porsche Parade some time ago, I can't remember which one.
