Here is a bit of news that is scary...Lately there have been advertisements on the TV by the local attorneys soliciting people who have used 4 different medical clinics in LV that do Gastrointestinal procedures including endoscopy . It seems that these companies were using contaminated needles and equipment that might have passed on Hepatitis and HIV to its clients.

How the fk would you like to wake up one morning and be told that the place where you were tested passed HIV to you because of their lax procedures.

I had the colonscopy done 1 1/2 years ago, luckily I was refered to a MD that did his proceedure in a local hospital and not one of these clinics. That truly is something that I just would never have thought to question? So I guess keeping your eyes open is a must.
