My initial reaction after reading the story this morning was that a court shouldn't be deciding how parents wish to educate their child(ren).
I realize there are pros and cons, but I think I feel the same way now as I did this morning.
I think my opinion is based upon the principle that the court should stay out of this, for better or for worse.
