Ok any roofers or contractors want to give me an idea if I have a good deal estimate here or a walk away and look someplace else estimate.
My house is not that large but the angles and pitch are tough, this estimate includes the tear off and disposal of the current roof, it is one layer appx 15 years old of the older style standard shingle. It includes all new 30' felt and Timberline brand 30 year architectural shingles of my color choice and a new ridge vent.
Total area is 87 squares. Price is $ 14,520.00
Any thoughts ?
He also gave me prices for two different metals as well, one called 3 foot tin at $30,450.00 and the other called Standing Seam at $61,200.00 so I think I will pass on the metal roofs...lol
