If the Democrats are indeed responsible for this bill of excrement, then they do need to be reconsidered.

I suspect that this bill is just both parties pandering to the hispanic crowd.

The sad part of all this? What about a person who has tried to enter the United States legally? I have a friend who has probably spent upwards of $10,000 on legal fees, has left his home and job behind [in Europe, not latin America...], and has done nothing more than bring in over $3.6 million in investment funds to south Florida. After all this, his investor visa was just BARELY approved recently, and in three years he may have to leave the country!

All because he did it the correct, legal way. Hmm....
