Pisses me off too. I read that Congress is going on a spring break. But before they do, they need to start taking on the 2009 budget. The problem is it contains BILLIONS AND BILLIONS more than the president asked for. Why cant it include BILLIONS AND BILLIONS less. These jack-asses always are good at spending somebody else's money. This overspending has got to stop.
