I used this method just yesterday with great results.
I Found these specs on the internet
I used a fluke meter reading millivolts and read the o2 sensor. I adjusted the mixture and set mine to 865mV. I don't know how accurate this is but my car idles very smooth and revs all the way to the way to 6k with no backfires, pops or anything.
