The 3.0L and 3.2L engines do have headstud problems. So be aware of that. And 3.2L's also have pre-mature valve guide issues.
There are good deals to be had out there, just be certain to get a PPI done on any car you are considering. They know exactly what to look for and where to look. Rust and accident damage are 2 things I would want to avoid like the plague.
