 When you consider that the majority of the good US weapons used since 1900 were designed by John Browning, it would be fantastic to give him a computer with CAD/CAM and a nice workshop to play in.
Course if we are going that far, lets get Albert Einstein working with him in a building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright! If you are going to dream, dammit dream big!
