Sorry, Joe. I too have a problem with the fine amount. Personally, I paid significantly less for doing 79 in a 55 on a two lane un-divided highway up in Shafter County. Do you not think his fine should have been less than mine? I do.
He said he was going to pay, but he's puzzled at the unusually high amount. I would be too, if I were him. Is he supposed to be happy? C'mon, get off your really high horse, Joe.
