I just went through this same hunt.
Here is what I ended up getting. It wasn't cheap, but it does look factory.

14mm hose - Use part # EAR-350310ERL
This is -10AN Earl's Performance Pro-Lite 350 hose. It is nylon braided fuel hose.
It costs about $30 for 3 feet. Very expensive, but looks factory.

9mm hose - Use part # EAR-350306ERL
This is -6AN Earl's Performance Pro-Lite 350 hose.
It costs about $26 for 3 feet.

If you live in the southeast you can order it on Monday and get the hose on Tuesday!

The charcoal and brake overflow lines are almost impossible to find in a braided nylon hose. You can find regular rubber fuel hose pretty easy though.
