If you see a halo around the moon when you look at it with your eye then there's enough humidity to affect the shot.
Also, it looks like the focus is a bit soft which would affect the shot. Keep practicing.

Steve, I agree that dropping to ISO 200 would help with the noise, but the sweet spots for a variable f stop lens should be around f/11-f16. The last shot I took, was a lot sharper right out of the camera. As for the noise, I had some as well and I cheated. Quick mask around the moon and paint the noise away.
