I think it's a mixture of both on a stock-by-stock basis. Some will continue to fall (financials in particular) and some will probably "bounce" or flop around about where they are now. Just one guy's opinion, but I think there's a LOOOOOOOOOOONG way to go before the bottom is reached in the financial sector and some other stuff is poised to take off due to weak dollar and foreign demand.

As far as tech goes - who knows? I have no idea what's going to happen in that one. Probably stay more-or-less flat with some recessionary declines (?) but that's mostly guesswork.
