I maintain 57 million (tax payer) dollar aircraft, F-15E's! Right now I work in the inspection section. Every 200 flight hours we tear them down and inspect everything we can get to!!!
I'll tell you this much after working on fighters for 12 years, it makes me appriciate the way the 911 is put together!
