I think the real kicker will be (if) when some of the gee-wiz factor of these bikes find there way onto the streets. Today's race rep's are redefining sport riding (maybe beyond the rider's ablity to control it). I won't even guess what will be on showroom floor around 2005.
I would like to see BMW step up. I think BMW could only benefit from MotoGP
