I picked this one up in KY back in December for $6,000. It has 180k miles but has over 10K in maintenance receipts going back to 2000. So far I have installed a new driver seat, had a valve adjustment performed, and had a rear wheel bearing installed. The mechanic was pleasantly surprised was the condition of the engine and the car overall.
The good deals are still out there. However, you have to be willing to act very very quickly.
