I'm about an hour from Oakland - And would be happy to look at it. Unfortunately, I'm out of town from Sunday until Thursday.
Why don't you post some information and we can help. Is this a private party or dealer? There are some really nice neighborhoods in Oakland, and there are some really, really, really bad ones.
