Those rabbits will only go to feed and clothe the military. Read "Aquariums of Pyongyang", written by a guy who did 10 yrs. in one of their moderate labor camps and then escaped to S. Korea through China after he had been released from the Yodok labor camp. The rabbits were heavily guarded and counted, as they were only for food and clothing for soldiers. The prisoners were left to eat whatever they could scavenge, usually rats, roaches and tree bark. Don't think for a second N. Korea cares about feeding anyone but the Kim loyalists and military.
