I know it sounds really bad but I want it to go to someone whom is going to take care or it. I am not afraid to do the work it needs but I just cannot tear up a low-mileage 911.
Like I said when I saw the car for sale, I expected the worse over the phone and on a leap of faith jumped in the truck and in 8 hrs was there and was really surprised to see the condition. The wife and I pushed it on the trailer and drove home. Got home, put a new battery, changed the oil, turned it over by hand and added fuel and wella, she fired right up. Then when I drove it around the block and could not believe that everything worked...OMG. I had this look like a kid in a candy store. Heck, I have had 3 911's in the past and none of them the clock worked...LOL.
I know I could make a killing on flea-bay but would much rather trade for a nice sunroof coupe and drive daily and track on weekends. We'll see what kind of offers I get or maybe I will sell it on e-bay, but with not much work this is going to make someone a nice weekend toy to cruise.
