I does not sound bad to want this car to go to someone who will take care of it. The last two 911's that my brother and I have purchased came from owners who were quite choosy on who they sold 'their' 911 to. You could tell both sellers asked us questions as to what our intent if/when we purchase the 911's. In a poor market with a relatively bad car, you may just have to take whoever gives you verifiable funds, but with a low mileage, very desireable year, good color combo 911, you could be picky if you wanted.
Good for you to not want to tear up a low mileage 911. There are not too many left...
