For normal road use, I like PBR DELUX pads (formally Axis, formally Repco). I have them on both my Audi and BMW. Stopping power and pedal feel are about the same as stock but with no squeal and very little dust. They're easy on your rotors, too. Have the rotors turned, bed in the pads properly and you should be good to go.
