You can look at many things from a logical standpoint and say that. However, I think the illogical aspect serves to denote the discrimination as going the other way as MRM puts it, "...the reverse or (of) typical discrimination when the majority class discriminates against the less powerful class." How else would you describe the
flow if you needed or wanted to?
While you're at it, what situations can you think of where there is disrespect but no counter opinion? I'll use the term reverse if I feel it communicates something.
