Rob being a SMLLC there are no 'shareholders'. there isn't even a balance sheet reported to IRS so no equity section/basis issues. hence the non-issue of the 'loan'.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
