You also need to check the anti-theft system. Canada has a higher standard than the U.S. starting 2008 MY. It is possible that a U.S. Porsche meets the standard, but if it does not there is no conversion/upgrade possible, the car simply can not be imported.
Why not call the dealer and ask a) prices for those parts and b) installation cost?
