It is no problem getting them plated and legal. I had my Husaberg Supermoto street legal and plated in one ten minute visit to the Secretary of State.

The Peoples Republic of California is probably different but you wouldn't have any problems Tim.

They are not "unreliable" considering what they are (race bikes), they are high strung and require much more P/M than a normal road bike. For instance their sumps are tiny so the oil needs more frequent changes etc.... Treat it like you did your MX bikes and you'll get the same results.
