My wife used to waitress, she saw that some people let their kids steal the tips off the table as if it were nothing. Some people have to be taught how to act, they were white and well dressed - by no means make it right.
Nothing to do with color, but the excuse given most often was;
because WE work too hard for our money just to give it away.
I guess I don't work hard enough to know not to give away money to someone who is serving me.
