I used Aryan Transport (972) 636-1664 out of the Dallas area to ship an 84 TLC I bought off of ebay last year. Transported door to door from Dallas to Pennsylvania. Took about 5 days and cost $800 in an open trailer. I think they offer closed trailers as well and they ship from anywhere in the country as far as I know. I was definitely happy with their service
