I think we should all donate another .50 a gallon to get that ROI higher. There isn't a F'ing Co. in the country that wouldn't take 39 BILLION, that's BILLION $ profit, (quarterly?). God a billion is thrown around these days like a baby seal that's been clubbed to death.
