I have heard from the family. He states that he was NOT handing out leaflets in the mall. Just wearing the T-shirt. He was part of a protest group nearby the Mall property and came in for coffee in the mall food court. I dunno, I guess I have to believe the 80 year old deacon, but hey, that's just me.
