Looked at a newer house recently Jeff? Everything is WHITE. As a former remodeler and cabinet builder, it makes me sick. There's few things more attractive than stained hardwood in a home. I can't imagine why people like it, but they do. Sounds like that was KT's top priority, and I think he was right.

I'm on a white elimination mission in my house. It currently has white raised panel doors, and white woodwork in the master bedroom. That will all be eliminated and replaced with wood. I've installed a few raised panel oak doors, the difference is night and day.
