The "free fall" in my area of Phoenix (North of 101) has stopped. It was losing $10k a month for a long time, then slowed to $6k and is now under $5k, so the reversal has begun.

Bought the house in 2001, and if I sold it today would still walk away with over $100k in profit, so things are not as "doom and gloom" as everyone sees on the television. Course I got a conventional loan at 5.3%, not a flexable one. Guess being old fashioned helps at times.
