Of course it will come someday...it's a given imo (hence the lunacy of a "perpetual war on terror/drugs/poverty" etc). What happened to the "we'll fight them in Iraq so we don't have to here" philosophy? IMO, the USA is perfectly capable of taking their "best shot", much like a prize fighter who isn't afraid of being hit, just so long as we don't sink to their level. I fear our current policies more than I fear a terrorist attack, but that's just me. That said, I DO believe that our current policies have virtually guaranteed more terrorist attacks over the long haul, but we'll simply pick ourselves up, dust off, and keep going strong because we are "what we are". As bad as the 9/11 attacks were, imo more damage has been inflicted since (due to our policies), than actually occurred on that historic date, and that's what scares the hell out of me.
