One Wilshire houses the "Meet Me Room", among other things, where over 200 different networks interconnect. It's basically a major nexus of internet traffic for the Pacific Rim and beyond. A really really big deal.
It would also be a handy dandy place for folks to filter through and take a look at so many packets of data.
