Marketing Question / Targeting Specific Car Brands/ Owners
Is there a program (or company) that a person can target specific car brands and ownership. IE: I want to send direct mailers to every BMW owner in my zip code for my services.
I know that the freedom of information act should allow me to access or buy this information somewhere but I was told recently that Virginia has a law or laws against this.
