Depends on how much time you have. Ruf in Pfaffenhausen is less than two hrs. from Stuttgart. A few more hours and a GORGEOUS drive south will get you to Gmuend in Austria, truly one of the greatest car museums with a great story behind it. The Porsche factory museum is a walk-in place. But you need a reservation for the factory tour and a few mos. in advance. Your local dealer should be able to help set it up. If you can get a connection to get you into Weissach, that would be pretty cool too.
