It is, it's also where I live. The theater isn't far from either of us but it is in another 'part' of the town. I frequent the theater in question an on a Friday or Saturday night there are certain elements about it that can be problematic - though I've never actually seen any problems. It's just when you have folks dressed like gang-bangers you kind of think 'maybe they are.'

Just like when you have folks dressed like normal people you think 'maybe they are.'

Anyway, El Segundo borders on the east side some lower income neighborhoods, this theater is easy for them to get to so it makes sense they would use it. I have no idea what happened and the folks who cause the problem could have easily been residents but it is somewhat out of character for the town.

As a resident it is alarming.
