Had my Pro-Park 7 shipped to my workplace, then used a forklift to set it on a snowmobile trailer to get it home. Once there, I unloaded and assembled it myself using a cable winch tied to the ceiling trusses. Took about 6 hours total to set it up, would have been easier with another person or two for the heavy moving of the runners.
My ceiling is 10 ft. Plenty of room for storage and parking beneath. Enough room to drive my Ranger under the Porsche stored above in the winter.
I paid $1595, but that was a year ago.
The first time driving underneath a parked car above is a little stressful.
