Linksys makes good stuff, I've got an AP that is quite a few years old. I've got a switch from them that is also quite a few years old as well as a router I use in my entertainment center.

BElkin, dLink and netgear would probably all fall to second place. I don't know about support because I've never had to use it. With products that are inexpensive and out of warranty really what do you expect? How long is the warranty anyway? Did you buy it with a CC that might extend the warranty?

What kind of trouble are you having with it?
