About 7 years ago in the areas only Wal-Mart the next town North. I am standing in the checkout line with wife and kid and the couple behind us is arguing somewhat quietly, I paid no mind other than they seemed to be disagreeing and it was going downhill fast. Suddenly the guy says very loudly "Shut the F*ck up, B!tch or I will punch you in the face" my immediate reaction was to spin around and I just looked at him. I was half expecting everyone around me to get my back on this one, and I looked around and everyone was ignoring the situation.

I looked at my wife who was screaming at me with her eyes "NO!!" then I looked back at Mr. Tough guy who was now looking at me waiting for me to say something, I just turned back around.

My wife and I discussed this at length, if I had done anything at all, his wife g/f whatever she was, would get it worse at home later. She is the fool to stay with a jerk like that and there is nothing I could have done that night in a Wal-Mart to solve her problems. If anything, just make them worse for her.

It was a good five years after that little scene before I would step foot in one again.
