As for the bobcat, I don't think I'll need it. I'm going to get them to tip it off as they drive down the driveway. My buddy taught me a trick: they always say "Oh, I don't think I can really do that", but if you say you'll give them $50 if they can, they usually manage. Saves a lot of work.
