Wayne, I think there is always something about HOME. My 22 y/o daughter has her own place and a good career and right now she still wants to come out and visit us and stay for a night every month or two. She has a place in downtown LA only about 25 miles away. If you're time horizon is 10+ years you're going to make a good investment.
