I guess I've mellowed. As a youth i liked his music very much and then rejected him for his political/environmental leanings. Now I think a lot of what he says is in line with what should be. I still think nukes are a very viable energy source. I respect his position on old growth forests, after all there are only about 1% of what was around 200 years ago that are now left. I also think the groups like the nature Conservancy should buy them. Air pollution in El Aye is so much better than it was 30 years ago when I moved here. And much, much better than it was 50 years ago. I used to work for the South Coast Air Quality Management District, the regional air pollution control agency, so I can state this as fact.
