Thanks. I'll give check the voltage again and get back to you. I'll also jump to the starter and see if it turns. The car does have an alarm, but I dont think that is the issue, but I'll check again. I am sure the answer is staring me in the face.

By the way, the car is an 85', not a 95'. It has been a very, very long day.
