I have one at home.
Can you take a picture of the posts on the back? I think there were two versions.
Edit: Mine has part number 911.731.035.08, which attaches with three posts that clip into the motor. Pelican says these were used through '86. If, on the off chance that this is the type you need, you can have it cheap.
