every if but then and other terminology has to be analyzed piece by piece
and then it all needs to be re checked if the sum of all parts doesn't contain anything else that might be of legal value...

that 15 minutes of reading for us, is a lot longer if they need legal eagles to actually work with it

you have to exclude reading anything between the lines
except maybe the message length, wich is an unmistakable "i'll give you a run for your money and then some"
