Including deliberation, I spent nearly a month on a murder/kidnapping ten years ago. Your post took me back. I know what you're experiencing. Time will pass, and you'll feel better. But like me, the experience will stay with you, and you'll likely draw from it from time to time. Hats off to you for committing yourself to the process and doing your best.
