So far, I have great things to report. I have not heard my wife snore ONCE since she started using this. Even when she doesn't have it in, she doesn't seem to be snoring any more. Maybe it forced her to "learn" to sleep with her jaw slightly forward to open her airways. Doesn't matter...she's not snoring any more. Her breathing has normalized.
Last night was the first night in almost ten years that I've slept in the same bed as my wife and didn't want to rip my eardrums out.
