That is the front end of a Porsche 356.
Ok, seriously, it was made that way to be used as a prop in a movie. I don't know which one. The car (or half of it) has made it to Dunkel's all of the past three years. It is very clean, and if someone needed a front end this might do, but I think I remember a price of around $6k. Ouch.
