You would think this stuff would go through some sort of finance review before going into effect. I mean, it doesn't take a genius to realize that banks aren't going to lend money if they don't make something off of it. Of course, genius is definitely not a term I would use to describe anyone in Washington. I could, however, think of a few other words.......
